I came to see Dr Ziyada with a serious eye condition and Dr Ziyada rang the hospital there while I was waiting and that evening had a response from Redhill hospital to go the next morning. I was treated with laser surgery which if it had been left just to wait my eye sight could have been lost. Thanks to the quick response from Dr Ziyada and the excellent service I received I Just want to say a big thank you. Also to thank Holbrook Surgery as an excellent practice in all that they do down to the staff on reception and the way they look after the patients. Thank you

I have been registered with Dr Ziyada for many years and she now looks after my children and grandchildren. I feel listened too and heard. She remembers things about me so I don't feel that I am just a number. She makes time to listen and any referrals have been promptly made. She is always friendly and approachable. This is an exceptional surgery with dedicated staff. I only hope all of the changes the Government is making enable them to carry on being committed to good patient care.
