Dr Akinsola was a god send to me!! I have struggled to manage my thyroid condition and the other specialists have suggested to me I should have it removed which I have a lot of anxiety about. Due to how the clinics are run I was seeing a different Dr at each appointment, where I’d have to start my story from the beginning each time! Dr Akinsola listened to all my worries, and came up with a treatment plan that honestly has been life changing for me. She really listened when I told her why I didn’t want such a drastic action taken but also how I couldn’t continue on as I was. She was patient, and empathetic and really understanding about everything. We built a solid trusting relationship and i have come on in leaps and bounds ever since. It took starting again and a few tweaks here and there but her approach made so much difference to me and my condition and I will be forever grateful! I looked forward to my appointments instead of dreading them!
