No sympathetic, emphathy or a need to help you as a patient. Completely unfeeling and unapproachable.
Felt a complete lack of care. This is based on three incidents.

A really nice professional doctor. Pleasant and cheerful. Always ready to listen, in fact she makes you feel better after you have left!
