Dr McRobert is very professional and approachable. She does not come across as patronising or make you feel you are wasting her time.
She is also thorough and questions previous medical conditions. Other doctors may have considered this but when they do not mention it you don't believe they have considered it.
Also this doctor is dressed smartly which makes her appear more professional. This approach is not always taken by all doctors giving an impression they are a bit uncaring of there profession.
