Dr Kapadia, Chalk Hill Medical Practice, has just taken over the care of my father who is in a local residential home. He phoned me to discus the result of a blood test. He explained the situation clearly and took my opinions into account and approached the decision in balanced pragmatic way. I felt well informed and listened to and unrushed.
