Dr Lalliwala has no interest in patient's welfare, he is only concerned with what is best for himself. He has minimal staff to cover the surgery which in my opinion is unsafe and the hours they are open are also unacceptable, it's a part time surgery that doesn't fulfil the needs of it's patients.
