Dr Kanagasundaram has been closely involved in my care for around 10 years, even more so since the diagnosis of a serious chronic condition 3 years ago. He is an outstanding GP, he really listens to the patient, is understanding and sympathetic but totally professional and efficient. On more than one occasion I have rung for advice from the duty doctor, but have received a call from Dr Kanag, who was not the duty doctor but noticed my name on the list and assumed responsibility for my call - this has always proved much easier as he is aware of my conditions and I do not have to explain everything from the beginning. He is very reassuring, very patient, and although I know appointments have a strict time limit, he never rushes you when he knows that you have valid health concerns to discuss. We are very lucky to have such a great doctor at this practice, he is an example to all!
