We were seen by Dr Mohamed-Hatem recently in A&E after we had contacted 111. He was very thorough and listened to everything we wished to say. He arranged the necessary blood tests and x-ray for my wife and I. He saw us again after the tests he had arranged and explained everything to us properly. He made us feel very comfortable throughout.
