Basically mucked me around and never considered the level of pain I was in, or took it seriously. Then once I was on a working biologic, changed me from that working biologic to one that created months of ill health, then never bothered to do any level of sufficient due care after wrecking my life and livelihood. Was impossible to get a hold of when needed and never showed any human compassion throughout the time I knew her.
