Although Dr Vacca had a strong accent (so i didn't recognise my name immediately when he called me ) he was excellent. He answered all my questioned well and in the detail I asked for. One thing I liked was that he asked me to be honest in this reporting back - not just say good things. I appreciate that and the fact that he is open minded - probably because he is a researcher.
The reason for the 4 stars in the second line is that I am always wary about using the word 'trust'

Thank you very much for your kind review. I am happy the service I provided was of good quality. The honest reporting helps to further improve and I find it really helpful: I will work on my accent (which is crucial to allow good communication with the patients and avoid misunderstandings) to provide a even better care in the future.
