For me, there are three qualities important in a GP doctor
1. Make eye contact and take notice.
2. Listen to what I say and understand I may be nervous or worried.
3. Tell me truthfully and openly his/her thoughts on my problem.
Dr Bourke fulfils all these. He also has a quiet sense of humour and always seems happy to have helped. What more can I ask?
