Mr Hussain attended my mother in the ER department on November 5th.
He was rude, dismissive, would listen to her and reduced her to tears. She was sent to Ward B12 where totally incorrect information was passed to the team in charge of her care. Only when myself and my brother who drove down from Newcastle discussed Mums care with the ward team was the misinformation highlighted
