We were rushed out of the room although we had only been there for around 6 or 7 minutes and my mother had many ailments. There was more interest in getting rid of us than actually helping after a few minutes. There was very little care for the patient's wellbeing as was seen by the flippant way we were ushered off when they had lost my mum's blood test results, we were just given a comment on some previous old results which were irrelevant.
