I don't see anything he can improve on, my experience with this Doctor was positive. He's very understanding on how to talk to patients with mental health conditions, as he didn't trivialise it and only gave suggestions & advice, if he was very certain he understood the mental health conditions I have shared to him.

Loved this doctor, he's my favourite! First time having him, and he was so great. He really listened and tried to help me, and didn't dismiss my concerns. And he also provided me with some over the counter options which are the same but cheaper. I needed two products and he didn't provide the prescription for the other, as you can get it over the counter, however, when the chemist didn't let me, he wrote me prescription on the same day, without me having to get another appointment. Next time I go to the doctors, I will probably try to get an appointment with him.

Dr Agarwal is an excellent doctor. He specifically helped me through a very rough time. My brain was completely gone. He listened to me and gave me advice and showed concern which these days is very rare. I got through it and now im on a football team . My mental health is still very bad but I can handle it alot easier. He always takes special care when he sees me. Best doctor in the whole wide world and he cares for people.

This dr.when taking telephone consultations always ask why did you book this appt.when he already has the info.before him ,he speaks on a hands free phone and there is more typing on his computer than asking questions or offering sensible advice. I.e “you probably have fluid on your lungs ask them at your appt at the heart failure clinic in mid April !” Really

Response from Dr Mayoor Agarwal

I am sorry you were not satisfied with my approach. On all telephone calls, I ask how I can help them rather than assume the reason for the call, as the information provided for the phone call to us is often wrong. I work in a big practice and often patients will see multiple different clinicians. To ensure continuity of care, I ensure I make comprehensive notes on the computer for the next clinician to get the background. While I am typing I do use a speaker-phone for ease, but now that you have kindly made me aware, I will try to keep the keyboard away from the phone or see if I can get a headpiece which will be further from the keyboard. Regarding your last statement, I apologise for my assumption and choice of words. In heart failure patients it is quite common to often get some fluid on the lungs. I had not realised how it came across until you highlighted it and so am glad that you raised it. Thank you.
