I have just had a phone consultation with Dr Chowdhury.
Dr Chowdhury listened, checking she had understood correctly, then went on to investigate what she could do to help, confirming what she would do and when, and what to expect from her on in.
Dr Chowdhury was very caring, an attentive listener and very proactive.
