After only one consultation I am totally convinced that there is not another rheumatologist in the country who could get to the bottom of one's problems as quickly and sympathetically as he. Dr Grove seems able to comprehend one's difficulties by osmosis, without unnecessary chat -- on his part, he allows his patient much latitude to just witter which probably uncovers more relevant history than constantly interrupting. He is kind and generous with his time and able to understand what the patient is trying to say despite not having the technical vocabulary.
