I have been seeing Dr Bernardotto since I had my first child 7 years ago. I originally had back pain and he did a comprehensive assessment and did osteopathy and advised on exercises. I was pleased that this completely resolved.
I then developed shoulder pain from carrying two young children. He again did a comprehensive assessment - including an ultrasound and performed osteopathy and Accupuncture. A combination of the this plus the exercises he recommended meant it completely resolved again.
Finally I had an ankle injury last year after running regularly. Dr Bernardotto - assessed my ankle and did an ultrasound. He gave me ankle exercises and then did a steroid injection and my ankle pain has gone!
Fantastic sports doctor. Holistic, comprehensive and really cares!!
