Dr Kilbrick is unique in her care for patients and for her professional attitude. I worked closely with her in the urgent care and treatment team and observed her management of patients with mental health crisis. She is consistently prioritising patient's wellbeing either for hospital care or community care, weighs situations professionally and adequately, shows high level of empathy and sympathy towards her patients.
