Dr Kelbrick has been very open and welcoming in my role. She's had time for supervision and advice and support despite a very busy schedule and I felt very supported and listened to, including my clinical and educational needs The care she provided to patients was always holistic and truly patient centred and personalised. She works outside the constraints of her role putting patient safety and satisfaction to the forefront of her care. I also found she consistently has ideas on improving quality of care and improving the mental health services at a community level and shows leadership and initiative in implementing them.
