It means alot to be listened to and understood and not to be felt rushed. Being made to feel at ease is so important especially when anxious about seeing a doctor and coming out feeling positive

I found Dr Sidney to be welcoming, easy to understand and empathetic. He prescribed a course of treatment and outlined possible side effects and what to do if these occurred

I thought that he was unprofessional and quite patronising when in the appointment and I felt he was not fully aware of the conditions I came to speak to him about and felt that all he didn't listen and completely disregard the fact that i had concerns and these were overlooked based on a 10 minute appointment and judged to quickly as the symptoms of the conditions aren't always presented and can be subtle and unnoticeable.
