Respect and kindness coupled with medical expertise. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for him. He keeps you informed of test results, if he says he will arrange something for you he does, he listens, he goes out of his way to get to the root of the problem and although he never appears to rush the consultation he manages to keep to time. His liaison skills with other hospitals, consultants etc. are second to none.
