Dr Jones is that rare combination of being super efficient whilst listening carefully to what is going on and getting the diagnosis and treatment spot on, even if it is not a run of the mill illness. He has excellent people skills, always has a smile and treats you as a person and not an illness or a problem. I have complete faith in him and when it came to a recent decision as to whether to move house and change my GP practice - I decided it was far more important to stay under the care of Dr Jones than move. Despite being one of the busiest doctors in the practice, he never keeps me waiting past my appointment time, makes sure that I am never out of medication and always promptly phones if I don't feel an appointment is necessary but just need to check something out with him. I can't recommend him highly enough.
