I have seen Dr Gilhooly on 2 occasions, and have also spoken with him over the phone. I have found Dr Gilhooly to be extremely professional and efficient, and to display care and compassion. He is very approachable and I felt at ease and listened too, as he asked my opinion and involved me in decision making. I also had confidence in him, as he explained things clearly to me. I have shared my views with others (friends and family), however feel it is important to commend good practice formally.
