We were referred to Proactive care by our GP on Friday 17th Feb - we received a Home visit today by Dr. Fabrowski and his colleagues Dr.Bob Levin. We are in our mid 80's and
we are trying to remain independent, but it was most helpful to discuss the many issues that we are having to manage
It is reassuring to know that our GP, Dr. Nigel Adams, has support from Proactive care in helping us to deal with our present situation.
Adult care has received such bad press in recent months, but support is available for those who try to help themselves.
