I am so pleased I went went to Wem surgery to get advice on a leg complaint. Two of the finest medical practitioners I have ever come across were on duty. Firstly Grace Freret was absolutely fantastic and checked and double checked her suspicions multiple times. She was very caring, very engaging and explained every thought and the reasoning for her actions. I was impressed further when Dr Marcus Philpott was called in to agree with the prognosis. He is totally approachable and gives you the instant feeling you are in professional and knowledgeable hands. He has boundless energy and enthusiastically carries out his work. Dr Philpott was Surgeon Commander and Principle Medical Officer at RNAS Yeovilton. He has several tours in afghanistan saving the lives of our best people in the worst conditions on earth.
