Mani has great empathy, he explains clearly what is happening both with the suggested treatment and how the patient can expect to feel. This builds great confidence . Knowing ,what to expect going into a treatment is half the battle. He always responds to emails or telephone queries promptly. He has a gentle manner and definitely takes the time to listen. Even if the news is not what you want to hear you leave him feeling you are in safe hands.
