My Mother was very nervous about seeing a Doctor to learn the outcome of her brain scan at Christchurch Day hospital. However, we need not have worried. Friendly staff smiled as we entered the Day centre, and Dr Thagadur came out of his office to welcome us with a smile. He put us at ease and proceeded to talk directly to Mum, in a gentle, kind way, explaining the results of her scan, and possible options. When we left, Mum said how much she liked him, and was very happy and relaxed. Thank you for your excellent approach and professionalism Dr Thagadur.
