My/our experience, from the smile on the receptionist face to the caring, listening and professional advice given by Dr Whiting, was reassuring, encouraging and explained in terms we understood, was nothing short of brilliant and all this at 8.10 in the morning! I’m sure that many surgeries have room for improvement from our experience of the consultation, online booking on the day, future slot appointments, the ring at 4pm for an emergency appointment together with the electronic booking in system, Audley Mills surgery is not one of them. I forgot flexibility! The appointment was for 8.20 but arriving at 8.08 and electronically booking in we were called immediately on arriving in the waiting room. The doctor explained that he had had a no show so seeing our arrival on screen called us immediately!!
