Dr. O'Flaherty was a GP for me and my family. He is the best GP we have ever had. He always listens to the patients and consider from the patients' aspect. One of the examples was he faxed an urgent referral to the hospital on Friday just before 5 pm without waiting the long bank holiday weekend so that my mum would be seen by the specialist within 2 wk target. The other example was he rang and informed us that my mum's cholesterol level was not at the target and offered the review. We have now moved to another area but we wrote this review as we appreciate his care.
