Lucy Kelman has the perfect balance between personal and professional in her manner with patients. She is an excellent GP who puts the patients' needs first and subsequently creates an environment of ease in which the patient feels able to disclose any medical concerns. That should be a given for such a practitioner but sadly that is all too often not the case nowadays. This doctor has a wonderful, caring personality that shines through. It is evident that she loves her job thus enabling patients to feel that their needs are being met and that they are not being seen by a doctor who is clock-watching. In a highly pressured profession with massive time constraints, Lucy Kelman still manages to remain patient-centred. She is a credit to Eyre Medical Practice.
