I was immensely impressed with the skill and knowledge of Dr Liz Kingston and with the time and care taken both before and following my recent surgery. I felt I was listened to and had anything I needed to know explained to me fully. I felt relaxed and confident for going into surgery and the individual time taken to speak with me before, during and following my surgery was very reassuring and much appreciated.

Thank you for your kind feedback after your recent procedure. One of the things I think make the biggest difference to my patients is taking enough time to explain options, discuss any concerns and hopefully reassure each person enough that they can go into their operation with confidence, feeling relaxed and safe. I'm really glad to hear you felt listened to, and had the chance to ask what you needed in advance of theatre. I hope you are now recovering well, and wish you well for the future.
