I was honestly a little bit blown away by the treatment I received from Dr Kingston. As an NHS patient I felt like I was receiving private health care. From the communication before my procedure (and throughout) to the time and care taken to inderstand my medical history, worries and concerns, I genuinely could not give any feedback on how you might improve things. Thank you so much for taking such great care of me. It made all the difference.

I get a huge amount of enjoyment from my work, and try hard to share as much information as I can with my patients to help them understand what is happening, how they can speak up for themselves and so they understand they are a vital part of the team too! I'm really happy to hear you got the information you needed, and felt listened to when discussing your concerns.
