I cannot thank Dr Liz Kingston enough for the way she made me feel and how she phoned me at home the night before my surgery to explain what would be happening to me. She has a lovely caring attitude and as an elderly patient having an operation this meant everything to me

Thank you for leaving this lovely feedback. I have been making an effort to contact patients for planned surgeries in advance to give them time to ask questions, and allow me to address any concerns they might have so that they feel better prepared for their surgery. I am glad to hear the phone call is useful, and hope you are now recovering well from your procedure.
