Dr Kingston was very compassionate regarding my situation and very understanding of my concerns, she went into great detail about the care that she would be providing to be able to ease my worries before I even went into theatre. Once in theatre Dr Kingston was very good at informing me what she was doing and why and making sure I was relaxed and comfortable before administering the Anaesthetic.
I would just like to say thank you for all your kind words and for putting my mind at ease in what was already a stressful situation.
