Because of the Covid restrictions my appointment with Dr. Choy was over the Telephone. I had suffered a suspected T.I.A. or ‘mini stroke’ in June, this was a follow up call. I found Dr. Choy an excellent communicator who quickly put me at my ease and welcomed and acknowledged that my wife, who was present, was vital to the conversation as she had been closely observing me since the incident. She was friendly and very capable in dealing with the symptoms and next steps to be taken. She was a very good listener and I never felt rushed, she seemed genuinely interested in what we saying. Together we decided on a plan of action involving blood tests and echocardiograms. At the end we both felt that all our questions and worries had been dealt with in a professional but highly sympathetic way. The consultation was a great success.
