The service I received by the lady treating me was exceptional, she was caring, helpful, polite, professional. There honestly isn’t enough words to describe how happy I am with the service I received from her.
She also however couldn’t apologise enough to me for having to wait so long. I appreciate that.
I felt totally looked after though, and cared for.
