Dr Keylock not only listens to patients, but involves them in the decision making. She uses language that the patient understands, recognising whether medical terms are understood or not and adapting accordingly. She follows through on test results, breaks down issues into 'digestible' chunks and is one of those rare breed of doctors who just get it right. Throughout the pandemic, she has been consistently professional, approachable and thorough. Thank you for your approach, attitude and for simply being there when the right medical decisions are needed to be made.
