Dr Lavan Varathan proved to be the kind of doctor we all hope to encounter: a knowledgeable, attentive and compassionate listener, he took time for a thorough, thoughtful and precise examination. I felt I could trust him fully. He communicated with me as soon as the test results came through and in the follow-up phone consultation made sure that I knew the all options available and had a clear plan of action to follow. I am deeply grateful.
