Appointment was very rushed, Doctor spoke very loudly at me as if I was deaf rather than presenting with a speech problem. Carried out cursory motor function tests in such a rapid and perfunctory manner to render them useless. Left feeling unsure about what will happen next. Not the usually very high sense of care and support I have previously received from this surgery.

She has a ‘business’ like approach but with a caring manner & seems able to sift through non essential information. She then gets to the route of the problem & treats or arranges a appropriate referral.
