When visiting Dr Chaidas' consultation I felt reassured about my ENT problem, which is absolutely paramount when suffering from any health issue. Dr Chaidas is a reassuring, calm and confident practitioner who listens carefully to the problem and analyses the patient's needs.
I especially appreciated how in-depth he explained the diagnosis and allowed questions about it. I also valued being offered different treatment options which were all explained to me previous to making a decision. Overall, I feel Dr Chaidas was attentive, sympathetic and very competent.
