Having booked a telephone consultant through the EngageConsult avenue, I received a call from Dr Masterman well within the time promised.
He was excellent in every way: extremely knowledgeable and caring; he listened to everything I had to say including my concerns and came through with great advice.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the service and particularly Dr Masterman as a GP.
