Absolutely gutted to see Dr Ford leave circuit Lane . Never met a doctor like him . He has exceptional listening skills and professionalism in his job. He doesn’t rush , listens to everything you have to say unlike other doctors. My son who was 14 was taken ill with a slight fever coming from school , following day he was getting worse. We took him to the surgery , that’s the first time we met him I truly believe if it was another doctor would of just told him to take some ibuprofen/ paracetamol and sent us away . But Dr Ford spent a lot of time trying to determine what was wrong . My son was diagnosed with encephalitis a rare illness which affects the brain. He was in ICU in a coma for a long time. He is also a doctor who will go out of his way to say hi regardless, and remembers faces , a humble guy , fantastic and an expertise We cant thank Dr Ford and we are so sad to see him go
