Presenting with a cold/cough (?chest infection), and with recent unfavourable news from the hospital relating to a blood cancer, Dr Newsom listened to me attentively and patiently. I came away from the appointment feeling reassured about my immediate concerns and equally important, at no stage was I given the impression I was wasting his time. I am relatively new to the area and am so thankful for The Glebe and Dr Newsom.
