I lost my father to cancer a year ago. My Mum gave up the will to live when he died 12mths ago. She died last week. When I spoke to Katie (12/01/16) about grieving and bereavement, she listened carefully to what I had to say (through the tears) and made helpful suggestions and reassurances of the situation I find myself in. The receptionist Katie, was particularly sensitive to me when I attended and could not have given a better service of care than BUPA! Keep it up Bridge Medical Centre, Three Bridges - you are the best!
