Great care today from Berrylands surgery. I phoned requesting a telephone consultation at 10:30, was called by the trainee doctor at 12 noon and was asked to come to the surgery. I saw Dr Taylor-Barnes at 16:00. The trainee doctor had captured all my symptoms, so diagnosis and prescription were speedy. Dr Taylor-Barnes was efficient and compassionate. The only low was the length of time the in-house pharmacist took to make up the prescription - circa 40 minutes - and then they forgot to include the repeat prescription documentation. Next time I would request a prescription to take across the road to another chemist. A quasi-monopoly rarely leads to the best service. However, overall, bravo Berrylands surgery. I feel confident of feeling much better soon.
