V helpful, pragmatic, straight to the point with useful medical and care based advice to deal with my problem.
Also helped me with practical strategies for follow-up support that bypassed the need for me to have to negotiate a sensible appointment time with GHG surgery.
V satisfied.
Improvements:
None for Dr TB.
For GHG: enable same day booking of appointments rather than 2hour time slots. I would have tackled my problem 4 weeks ago if this had been possible.
