Due to COVID, I have only ever had telephone consultations with Dr Hills. However, as someone with Ehlers-Danlos and a few comorbid conditions, I see a few consultants and she is my favourite. Very kind, answers every question, explains guidelines, approaches things with humour (as appropriate!), and very thorough.
She diagnosed me with delayed gastric emptying as a result of my EDS last year. I was informed as soon as the results became available, rather than waiting several months as has happened in the past. However, while I'm not currently in the best shape, she is very thorough, won't stop until she is satisified with a diagnosis/treatment plan, and, above all, remembers that I'm a human. I would absolutely trust this amazing doctor with my life.
