Made an appointment to see Dr Hansen the week before last regarding some information I wanted to discuss re a hospital scan. Appointment was made efficiently. Although Dr Hansen was running late which was apologised for over the tannoy which I thought was efficient and polite, she still listened carefully and reassured me. I phoned the surgery today to ask to speak to her again and she phoned me back after morning surgery exactly as arranged. She is efficient, caring and highly professional. I always ask to see her if I can. Thank you for great care everybody even though you are a very busy surgery
