My consultation with Dr Jones was very helpful to me and provided a much needed understanding of my concerns. We exceeded the allotted time but there was no pressure to bring the session to a close. I felt that Dr Jones gave realistic assessments when discussing issues together with clear explanations for the layman to understand.
