My daughter was referred urgently to Karen by my GP on a recommendation from a GP friend. The referral hadn't arrived within a week and I called her secretary, Jackie, who was extremely friendly and efficient. The same day I had an answerphone message from Karen and we spoke the day after. She offered to fit us in to her already full clinic the following week. My daughter needed to be seen by another specialist within the department and Karen had arranged for him to be pressent too despite her working through her lunch hour. She was lovely with my daughter and had great communication skills in terms of listening well. This was in comparison to being given an appointment three months later by another local hospital despite the urgency of the clinical need. I was very impressed with the service we received.
